Please someone help me please!

Ok so like 7 days ago i got a permaban for using "scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs" I have sent a number of tickets in saying there must be a mistake, i have never used hacks on league. I have always been a positive member to the community and im really shocked i got permabanned. Im not lying or bullshitting you whoever is reading there is no point in lying and crying im actually looking for legit help because there is a mistake here, btw i have not recieved a response from riot in 2 days please help Bellow i leave the tickts i got back

These are tough cases because Riot only issues these bans when they're 100% confident with proof. The reason they don't specify what they detected is to make it harder for the makers of these 3rd party applications to figure out how Riot is detecting stuff.

That said, has anybody else used your account at all? is it possible that other person had used something while playing on your account? This is the only scenario where i've seen one of these bans reversed, but there was also sufficient evidence that the account had been hacked, rather than than the person sharing the account with somebody else intentionally.

The other thing I see here sometimes are cases where somebody had tested out a script just for fun, even in a custom game, just to see what it does. That's enough to trigger a ban as well, even if you never used the script in a real game.

Submitting a Support ticket asking for a review. Riot will review the Ban. However I can tell you 99.999999999999% of the time it will not be over turned.

They will do a review though. It can take weeks to confirm/complete the review of the ban. Do not expect a quick answer.

You could always take your computer to Riot headquarters and ask to be seen.

But seriously, they probably wouldn't like that.
