Need help please someone

Ok so like 4 days ago i got a permaban for using "scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs" I have sent a number of tickets in saying there must be a mistake, i have never used hacks on league. I have always been a positive member to the community and im really shocked i got permabanned. Im not lying or bullshitting you whoever is reading there is no point in lying and crying im actually looking for legit help because there is a mistake here, please help Below i leave the tickts i got back
