Idea: Inactive player ranked ban

Hi,

Riot support told me to speak about this here.

After having a couple of games with players I have lost some games because of players that have been inactive for two years, another one for half a year. ( two different games on different occasions) They decide to play ranked all of a sudden just for the fun (as they say) of it and completely feed the hell out of the enemy team. One of the players did not even know they needed to build a support item as a support. During the game the person did not even finish to build their items and just continued with a dorans ring for a long time.

This is why I am asking Riot to make something like a ban from ranked for people that have been inactive for too long.
