Punishment for Being Honorable?

I received an Honor Capsule the other day when I logged on, which contained two key fragments and a permanent unlock of Warwick, plus the Grey Warwick skin, neither of which I had any choice about unlocking. Yay, right? No.

I do not want Warwick. I will never play Warwick. This is essentially just a punishment for me, because now I have the chance of ending up being stuck playing him if I play any ARAM games. If it were champion and skin shards, at least I could have disenchanted them into essence.

Not everyone feels the need to unlock every character in the game. Why not at least offer players a choice of NOT accepting this kind of "reward"?
