Why the tribunal is TERRIBLE and u will get chargebacks.

Ok so. Heres my current opinion on this game and why i'll be charging back for a 2nd time within 1 month. The dynamic que is TRASH (Why?) Because, u can get stuck into a game with a premade 4 man, who may be total shit, and rude as fuck, toxic as can be. and guess what? Ur the only one reporting them, and they all 4 will report u aftr taunting or harrassing u all game, and u say a SINGLE word, doesnt matter what it is, the tribunal will chat restrict or ban you. the community in this game is so horrendous, u literally cant talk in a game, or give someone advice, or point out a a bad play or u get punished or banned... so, i will be charging back everything ive spent on yet another account and never playing this game again, as it favors premades and punishes people for trying to help others.

I would very much like to see these chat logs where you got banned for, "a SINGLE word, doesnt matter what it is". You should have been sent them if this was the case.

Doesn't multiple reports in a game not even matter? I thought it just flags the game for the system to look at, in which case asking people for other reports or premades 4 man reporting someone doesn't matter because the system has already been notified to look at that game...

It doesn't matter if they have 4 reports against you and you have one report against each of them, the system doesn't look at the number of reports you receive in a single game. It looks at the number of games you've been reported in, and it only takes one report to flag a game. Any extra reports don't really do anything else. Riot intentionally made the system like this specifically so that premade parties don't have any extra power than a single player does.

Also, because of how this works, asking for reports is essentially meaningless. As long as you report someone, it doesn't matter if anyone else reports them because your report still flagged the game for the system to review for that particular person.

Riot won't care if you chargeback. The amount of paying players who get permabanned is so vastly outnumbered by the number of paying players that don't get permabanned that it would be utterly insignificant for them to change anything, and that's assuming that Riot doesn't save potential profit from players who would have otherwise stopped playing if Riot didn't do something about toxic players.

For only the 1 billionth time...

1 report is the same as 4 reports in any individual game. So the fact that all 4 of the premade are reporting makes no difference.
False reports are ignored and will eventually lead to the false reporters reports being given less weight.
Retaliation is never an acceptable answer to toxicity. Mute, report, move on.

Heres the chat logs for my 25 game chat restriction. Tell me this warrants a 25 game chat restriction as this is common chat in the damn game Of course u cant see the toxicity the other prsons spewing out at me, just MY chat logs, which arent bad at all, just me replying to annies shit talking and yasuo bombaring me with her cuz im assuming they are duo ques... and lone behold, IM the one punished for nothing.

Are you sure those were the only chat logs for that chat restriction? I don't mean to be a sceptic but so far, every person that has posted very light chat logs has had a Riot'er come in and ask the OP to reveal the remainder of their chat logs (or ask the OP not to doctor the chatlogs).

To be fair its light because it was a light punishment, but i wouldnt be surprised if there was more to this. seeing how little chat there was make it seem like there were more chatlogs they arent showing, not showing the bad comments, or they probably said stuff in pre/post game chat!

I have one from another game, which are also light. But then again you cant see what the other people who are party que'd are saying so they can be taken out of context. Every game i've been punished for has been from 1 or more of my teammates provoking, shit talking, and reporting me with their friends when i reply. its a very horrible system for solo que'rs

Do you mean another game that was sent out with that ban?

Don't mean to be a bother, but when you're issued a punishment it's not any one single game that's considered, it's all of them. It's extremely unlikely anyone is banned for any one game. Which is why it's rare for the system to toss you only one game.

Which led to my quick scepticism. Posting only part of the games that was sent to you is like only posting part of the reason you were punished.

This is how most of my games go. i get into premades that troll the fuck out of me, half the time its hard not to reply when they are intentionally trolling, and when i do, im the one getting banned and reported because they are all friends. u cant play this game alone or u will get banned, simple as that. eventually someones gonna make u say something so they can all 4 report u to be trolls because the tribunal likes to punish. This is a seperate game than the other chat logs.

Okay, yeah. I consider this chat log much worse than the other one.

You spent a great deal of the match insulting teammates (such as calling them "oblivious" multiple times), or saying/asking to report players. It even looks like you started to bring the issue to all-chat.

If they're trolling, insulting wont do anything to change that. It just adds to the fire.

Yes, but this was a long game. and as i said you cant see what the other players are saying or doing, so it can easily be taken out of context. the point is ur own team can troll the hell out of you, and they really dont even have to say a word, the best thing someone can do is troll you and never speak, and theres no chat logs for them to get any type of punishment.

No matter how much someone trolls you or what another person says, you have complete control over your own actions. That includes your chat. Which is why you're held responsible for what you say alone.

Edit: As for the other bit. Trolls do get punished, it's rare, but it happens. But is insulting them really helping the situation? If they're a troll, they want you to be angry. Treat the troll like something you can't control, because you can't.

You're going to have trolls in your games at one point or another. Just play to the best of your ability and chalk the loss to the bad luck of getting a troll. Report them after the game end. Leave it at that.

Also, calling someone oblivious isnt even bad really. hell, watch some of the popular players or pro players youtube videos... the shit they say can be horrendous at times, i never see them getting punished. its rediculous how harsh a this seems to be on certain people

This is the reason. Asking for reports is punishable. Multiple reports in a single game make no difference so just report and don't try and influence others.

Single word stuff was previous account that got perma banned, a Yi locked in a roll i called and proceeded to follow and troll me, stealing my jungle, i told him to "gtfo my jungle and stop trolling" and i got perma banned (As i had previous chat restrictions which were justified as people pissed me off) but this being the "Final offense" and i fail to see how its horrible telling a troll to gtfo of ur jungle. but this time its a 25 chat restriction because a premade harrassed and trolled me all game because they refused to help with ganks or communicate with me as they were all in comms or something and ofc i replied to their harrassment, and their blitz following me thru jungle stealing my camps to try and piss me off, so they all report me and i get tribunal punished again. its just getting old solo queing and getting fucked with by premade teams and ME being punished and them not when they are the ones harrassing and trolling.
