Too harsh tribunal ban due to a 4v5

So recently, i was perma banned by the tribunal IMMEDIATLY after a game in which my mid fed, and left 1 minute into the game, thus leaving their mid to free roam and counter me in the jungle (There was no way of winning the game) They had a free mid in which they could literally run it down, so i told them to do so and end it because 10-15 mins in our mid still didnt reconnect. Im sure MOST of you have been in this situation before where u had a 4v5 that you KNEW you werent going to win 10 minutes into it, there was no coming back, regardless of the effort put in, however riot refuses to let you FF before 20, even in a 4v5 so you're forced to waste those 20 minutes on a clear loss, and your other players are trolls and refuse to FF when the time actually comes. so you're forced to waste more time. All along the enemy mid is harrassing you in chat because you told them to end the game. Not once did i say anything offensive or harrassing back, I did reply however. Never harrassment though. And for that i get IMMEDIATLY perma banned from the game? My last account action was OVER a year ago, and i literally did nothing in this instance to deserve a ban, the enemy akali simply reported me to be a troll because i told them to end the game, and didnt report the actual leaver, thus resulting in a tribunal ban. I feel this is VERY overreacted, and unfair on my part. I made a ticket, however riot says tribunal bans will not be reversed.... i feel this is a very bad illogical rule especially considering the tribunal are actual players, and we all know how rude, and ruthless the community is, and can be.

To clarify, i DID nothing, and SAID nothing deserving of a ban or punishment of ANY kind. i sat in base AFTER 20 minutes when all inhibs were gone and my other 3 players refused to surrender (We had taken no towers) the game was over. I dont feel as if ANY of this is perma ban, or even punishment worthy. is there no way in getting this ACTUALLY reviewed, and repealed? completely unfair and uncalled for punished because of a leaver, and the ACTUAL harrassing troll made the report, and gets off scott free for being the one who actually deserves some sort of punishment?....

that's bad sportsmanship and you should just at least help the team but u dont have to try and u should release your chat logs to prove you werent harassing

Admitting to afking and asking for reports in chat trigger a review without judging whether or not you afked or whether or not the person you asked for reports against was in the game or not, as if they were in the game it would be considered harassment. One unfortunate flaw in the system is that you are expected to play with any amount of teammates. It could be a 2 v 5 and if the other player reported you for not trying, you'd be banned for afking a game.

I did help the team, as much as possible in a 4v5, how is sitting in base for the last 1 minute of the lost game unsportsman? Explain.

Can someone from riot please look into this for me... I would appreciate a willingness to work with me in resolving this issue. even though i feel like a permaban is too harsh for anything that was said, I will happily take a perma chat restriction considering ive only had 1 other action on my account over a year ago which was automatically a 2 week, and i cant remember what it was even for.

I didnt read the entire chat log, but it seems you are a toxic player, someone i would instantly mute. If you do that sorta thing in most of your games then i feel no sympathy.
