You can curse all you fucking want to as long as you're not cursing AT someone. The insults I'll grant you though -- but, unlike cursing, and insult exists solely to offend someone else, and yeah, that behavior will get you punished.

I'm not trying to be mean, but if you want a justified answer, post your reform card. directing anything thats not positive towards someone is almost most likely an insult.
