You don't get instantly penalized like that, so if you make it a habit of raging in game probably.

There is absolutely no reason nor purpose to flame a guy who is in the game, let alone to flame the guy after he was gone? One of your teammates found it unacceptable, so you were reported. from the sound of it, you were saying something that is subject to the zero tolerance policy, or you have had two punishments prior to this one.
