@Riot How can i properly report these guys?

Months ago (it was last season), i played against a guy who was clearly scripting to boost his duo partner, they even admitted it in all chat (i also have screens).

They dared me to go ahead and send a ticket - which i did - being sure that their boosting technique was not bannable (riot would maybe ban the scripter, but not the duoq partner). Sadly this is what happened, and they are doing it again this season..

I've actually met SO many players like these in the past few weeks. Much more than whole last season probably.
