Master 6 and 7 BS

Ok- I got reported for verbal and get banned.

You tell me its "3 months" per every level of violation to "reform" (given NO SOLID NUMBERS EVER, BY ANY RIOT EMPLOYEE). I call BS on that. I got the 14 day ban this year. Its been at least (AT LEAST) 1 year since my last report. Playing with this community for 5 seasons will warrant some sort of response from players. I dont go out guns blazing raging at people- I solely respond to the assholes out there.

Now hextec comes out for skins and such, ok whatever im an offender, i could care less about your skins. I do care that I get some sort of S rank pretty much every other game I play with lux or thresh and now I cannot get level 6 and 7. Remove that block and keep your stupid keys and crates.
