Is spam pinging peoples death timers bannable?

Im seriously curious as to whether spam pinging peoples timers is reportable. If it isnt i sincerely think riot needs to rethink their policy. This le blanc last game would spam the fuck out of ANYONE who died and fill the entire screen with their death timer. Its almost more annoying than typing "Wtf bro?" in my opinion. But i doubt riots little banning algorithm takes those little passive aggressive things into account.

Edit: i reported her but im not sure it will count against her since she didnt say any no-no words riot is so fond of.

I'm gonna say it's probably not. I do spam ping somethings rarely though like if i'm going to do dragon/ baron i'll ping it a bunch to let people know I want to do it but i've never spammed pings ontop of people or their death timers. In fact I've never even pinged my own teams death timers I do the enemies sometimes if we are pushing into their base/ getting inhib and what not But i never spam it just 1 to let people know they will be up soon :p. Although if I'm jungling I will sometimes ping im on my way 1-2 times or to fallback 1-2 times but never just straight up repeatedly spammed them to try and annoy my team. You could report it if thats how you take it and put that in the report but not sure anything will happen.

yeah, it wasnt like spam pinging on the mini map. it was spam clicking peoples death timers when they died, when they would flash she would spam ping their flash timer as if to say "wtf was that flash you noob?" and then if you didnt use a move she wanted you to do she would spam ping your summoner spells that werent on cd or your ultimate.

Even if you spent an entire game spam pinging literally anything the worst punishment you could possibly get is leaverbuster..

thats kind of sad and really just reinforces the idea of how silly riots banning policy is. people who actually affect games like trolls and feeders get no punishment as long as you dont huwt peopuws feewings.

If you're criticizing Riot for banning people for "huwt feewings", why do you believe that Riot should ban for spam pinging?

because thats the precedent they have established? a baby game full of black and white with no context associated with punishments. if you say no-no words, you get banned because its considered "harassment". Well guess what, spam pinging someones death timer every time they die or spam pinging their flash timer every time they flash in a way you dont approve of is harassment in my eyes.
