Dear Riot, please ban me.

Dear Riot, I am requesting a ban to my account because I can no longer safely play this game. I'm so tired of this player base that it pains me on this inside. Every day after I'm done playing, I get closer and closer to causing myself physical harm, and that scares me - a lot. I've bought a ton of RP content over the years, so if you could please return this one favor and ban me - for a time of your choosing - that would be great. If you need some real reasons to ban me:

  • I flame feeders, but not hard enough to get moderated by the automatic system or for the report system to issue a ban.
  • I AFK if there are feeders on my team (I will never AFK if I am the feeder, that goes against my morals). I do avoid the auto-afk detector by moving around and damaging minions every few minutes.
  • I AFK if my team flames me for anything other than feeding

I NEED to stop playing this game. Simply uninstalling is not enough, as I usually re-install within the week and I'm right back at square one. Getting banned by the automated system isn't possible, because I don't rage on my keyboard hard enough or AFK so obviously for it to happen. I need help from you, Riot, and banning me will be the greatest service you could do for a loyal player.

Sincerely, some taters

P.S. I am leaving for work and will not be active in this thread, but I will read all replies (Red or not) once I get home in about 9-10 hours. Thank you.

If you want Riot to delete your account (a process that is irreversible, which it sounds like you understand but I feel I should mention anyway), you can send a ticket in to Riot Support. There are a number of things you will need to give them in order to confirm you are the account owner, and the proper format for submitting that information (as well as Account Deletion FAQ such as the tip to remove your payment information) can be found here.

If you're not looking for a permanent ban but rather a temporary one to get time to figure things out, you can open a ticket normally through the link above. It's possible they may be willing to temporarily suspend your account for limited time, but it would be a unique situation I can't tell you the likelihood of. Definitely worth trying though.

Best of luck in your post-League activities!

This is not about reforming. This is about my personal safety as a human being who is worried that I will begin self-harm due to the playerbase.

Hey friend, I can't offer any advice on how to get your account banned or anything like that, but I understand your pain and thought I'd offer what I do when I feel myself getting toxic.

First of all, my man, if this game is really driving you close to self harming, it really is not fucking worth it. Some garbage online game full of twelve year olds isn't worth your own safety at all. It's very good in a person to realize you have bad habit as you do.

Im not here to lecture you though, just to say: what I do when someone on my team is flaming or being a general %%%%bag; I'll go into the chat box and just type the meanest, most toxic and offensive garbage I can possibly think of. Like an entire damn paragraph about the terrible shit that should happen to the people I'm flaming. Just go all out. Then; when I'm done, It gives me a chance to just look over what I've written and think about what I'm saying while I cool off.

Then; I delete the message and usually /mute all and head back to the game. That usually works very well for me in blowing off steam.

Good luck dudeitem 2003 item 2003 item 2003 item 2003

Give ur friend ur password and make them change it. No need to lose all that RP stuff to the void of nothingness.

I Started playing Warframe when I needed a break from LoL, Its PvE Co-op TPS grindfest, its so different to LoL and the grind can take ur mind off the toxic nature of the LoL community.

Hope you find something that helps. GL OP

If you want, you can give me your account and I can change the password... then when you feel ready to play again, just message me on here and I'll give it back. I know you can't trust me, and you really shouldn't trust any stranger on the internet, but I don't need another account, I have 3. Not trying to convince you, but just as a man of integrity, I give you my word that I will return it upon request. Not that my word means anything to you. Just saying! Haha

Just go into a game. Warn your teammates that you are going to say some bad stuff because you want to be banned. Then tell them to go kill themselves like the degenerates that they are.

I believe that you can reform. I use to be very toxic, but I stopped. I've gone over a week without being toxic. You don't be toxic in chat. Speak it to yourself in real life. It really helps. I'm sorry that you feel this way but I believe you can change, as have I.
