[Gameplay] Brand's ultimate targets champions when in range, even if previous target is not blazed.

I have played a lot of Brand since forever and I recently noticed that his ult will target champions no matter what. It's not luck because this happens consistently. I can open up a fight near minions or chickens and be 100% positive my ult will only hit champions. It's quite nice but I know it's not fair. Please fix so I know I'm playing well because of skill, not bugs :>

I can record some matches with OBS if riot really needs me too, but it's quite straight forward. Just ult a champion in the middle of a full minion wave as many times as you need to feel confident that it's not luck.

His ult prioritizes champion lol. It's fair because his ult gets weaker the more people are around and it still has chances of bouncing on minions.

But that's the thing. It's NOT bouncing to minions after the initial hit. I can walk into lane without using abilities, ult the enemy champ and I will hit them 3 times.
