Important Question (New to boards, sorry) (Reposted)

Note that I posted this in the wrong section originally, and It got removed. I am sorry and will not make the same mistake again.

I'm new here, so please forgive me if I do not follow certain guidelines put into place on the boards. I will try not to do so next time!

Anyway.

I was just wondering something, since I am relatively new to the game. I was casually playing some 5v5 in summoners rift (not draft or ranked, just normal) and as usual, called mid. However, someone ran in and spammed the chat with "ME BOT AND so and so MID" about 20 times. I said that I had called it first, and they simply locked in Zedd and Jinx. This was followed by much foul language on their part. Immediately, the whole team went mid for whatever reason. I figured, "sure what the heck, they might be smurfing" and rolled with it, but every time we went into a teamfight, they would abandon me and cleanup right after. This happened throughout the game. Every time I won a 1v1 or 2v1 (always with me being the 1) they would say stuff like "fk off ekko i got this lane". There were more vulgar things, like something that happened when they called me 10 and said they were 10 deep inside my mother, but I'll leave those out.

Is there a way I can report these individuals? They left halfway through the game, and I honestly need to see them punished. I do have video footage of everything I mentioned prior to this and more, so evidence is a check.

Any input on this topic is welcome and appreciated.
