Don't.

Riot obviously has a glitch in the system that is permabanning and the E-mail details aren't showing. Just put in a ticket and wait for their response. I know it seems like they won't but they are experiencing a high number of tickets due to the glitch. So just sit tight.

I'm just doing this to prevent the circle jerk of this topic to save the mods a little less time reading and more time FIXING.

ALSO IM NOT SAYING ALL BANS ARE A GLITCH IM JUST SAYING THAT THE BAN WITH NO DETAILS MAY BE A GLITCH OR THE EMAIL BOT MIGHT JUST BE BUGGED.

I feel like I somehow gave you the impression that the bans are due to a bug. They aren't. This is a ban wave for exploits or illegal programs. They do this regularly, waiting until they have caught enough people and ban them all at once. They do this to prevent them from figuring out how they are getting caught and avoiding it. There may be some banned by error, but otherwise this is legitimate.

I'm not speaking to the people that got banned for the exploits. I'm speaking to the ones who were banned with no details at all. Just a ban. No chat logs, nothing. Just this http://imgur.com/kJfSjvF

That's the people im speaking to. I would feel good if I was accused of something then banned. Instead of just banned.

The fact that I haven't seen an Email is more of the glitch to me. If I'm given a reason as to why I was banned I would be at complete peace right now. [zombie-nunu-bummed]

I ask a lot of people so I don't remember if I asked you; did you verify your email is correct? Oftentimes a player will have had his account compromised (usually visiting phishing sites or sharing their info with someone who did), and when the account is stolen the email is changed.

No I have the right email connected I checked, and when I put in a ticket I got the confirmation email of the ticket from my account. So it isn't that. So Idk is there anyway you can contact a rioter about the Email bot?

I have never used any exploit or illegal programs. I would never use them, not even once.

The only thing I have done semi-recently that could possibly merit such an act (Perma-ban) was I played an abandoned account a few months ago for a few matches and never played it again after I was specifically told not to do it here on the forums (My forum posting history and the matches played on the account will match up with what I am saying here) , the account is not even in my hands anymore. Perhaps they thought I was "boosting" but that was not the case at all, at the point where I was told to stop, I stopped immediately. I really hope that is not the cause of this.... the main reason I even played and wanted to play that account was to play with a friend of mine.

In either case I'm not sure why my MAIN account would be banned for such a thing rather than the account I briefly held.... but what I can say 100% is that I have never used an illegal programs on any account, ever, not even once. This must be a glitch because two friends of mine have also been banned and they also would never use any sort of scripts or hacks.

If my ban was legit, I will 100% accept it and do not mind at all, but I would like to know for certain.... (Yes I already sent a ticket)

Hi, I strongly disagree. 3 weeks banned now and still waiting. Riot should give me back my account and provide free RP, just to be repay the time Im waiting. INSANE

I'll have to disagree again with you. That's an opinion on a supposed fact. You don't know if it was a bug. So, no Legitimacy at all. I just submited more data process and network with my ticket. I hope some guy has still a soul. I know you might not trust, but is terrible when you do know it's a mistake. Anyway, it's a different perspective.

There may be errors in some bans, but there was a large ban wave that just happened. Nothing changes that fact.

Well I'm not talking to the people who are claiming innocence. I'm talking about the people who haven't gotten an email or any type of reason as to why the ban was administered. Like literally no email or code.

Sure, that is fair.

But having had a permabanned account before, last time I was given information in great detail as to exactly why I had been permabanned, this time there is complete silence. I don't even know what the reason was, if any. Support has not responded to me and I have acquaintances going through the same thing.

The amount of detail you get depends entirely on the reason for the punishment.

If it was for 3rd party mods for example, the only thing you are going to get is a confirmation or I guess them overturning it but I don't think I have ever seen a 3rd party mod ban overturned.

I do hate that they send out anything so generic as "ToS violation" that message should at least say like "3rd party mods", "intentionally feeding" etc etc.

I was not banned for 3rd party mods, I have never used a script or hack in my life.

Never said there isn't one but if there is why not state it? Like i said, its like getting detained with no charges. Its a permaban ... not a regular ban. I'm pretty sure they should have details as to why a PERMA is put in place.
