Permabanned randomly after ranked match with no Email details.

So after a casual laid back day of league, I havent been banned for 14 days nor on a chat restriction for more then 5 games. Since ever having this account. After I played and won a ranked match right after the game ended my client crashed suddenly. So I proceed to log back in and it says I have been permabanned and I will receive details in my accounts email. I was shocked because, 1. I was not toxic at all. 2. I don't script 3. There is no chat logs nor reason to why I am banned. And I have yet to receive an E-mail??

There seem to be multiple people that have gotten instant permabans. It seems most likely that it's a banwave. Since there's no automated message telling you what it is, it's probably manually distributed, which usually means it's related to boosting, scripting or other kinds of exploits. I could be wrong, though.

(And as always with these matters: Your best bet is a support ticket)

Yeah It must be. I just rather have details from riot as to why.. Especially since I'm a non toxic player. Thank you all for the concern. Hopefully I get a reply.

If you can post the message when you log in (the full message), most the time there is a year code, which tells us what you were banned for.

Just that. Cant even log in to see that screen that you are talking about. I'm just waiting on that E-mail as of right now.

Security breach. aka Hacked.

When you answer some security questions, you should be able to get it back.

Riot support will ask you those questions. Wait patiently (probably for 24 hrs) and you should be able to get that email.

You think it may seem hacked because I'm also using the Lolconnect app? it also requires me to log in, but it seems to not let me use it either.

Don't worry, the same thing just happened to me and I know for damn sure it was not intentional (Have not been suspended , received no email).

I contacted a friend and he was also unable to log on. This is a system glitch.

Yeah it feels good to know I wasn't the only case here. Hopefully this all gets resolved I've invested too much time in that acc

Put in a support ticket. That way of for some reason your e-mail deletes it or tosses it as spam you can find out whats going on.

Yeah I put in a ticket.. But do they actually respond to these or its just one of those systems there just to keep people from going insane.

They respond to every ticket. It could take a day or a few but they will get to it.

In the meantime, make sure the email verified with your account is the correct one by clicking your profile on the top right and going to Settings.
