For the last two lobby's I've been in I've had a player who got the Jungle role but immediately announced they were going mid anyway, and would lock a mid lane champ no matter where they were in champ select order. Both ended in dodges, so I was wondering if there was a way to get this to player support.

To report players who commit offenses outside of matches or who violate the Terms of Service but don't fall under one of the standard categories, you can send Riot a report by submitting a ticket to Riot Games Player Support with a screenshot of the said offenses and any additional information that you'd like to add.
If you're unsure which category to submit your ticket under, just select: [I have a question about League of Legends/Riot Games.] > [Game and Features] > [General Questions]
