I just got Perma Banned

Im honestly stunned on why I got perma banned just now Ive on my best behavior not trying to cuss or flame one of the ''evidence'' is just me saying Cy@ outplayed and i got a 1 strike for that Im suppose to have a fair 3 game but they strike me for 2 I didn't even do Bad flaming how can I get banned for saying stupid thats about the only think I said I spent over 300 on this game now its all lost Im actually ready to cry right now Im really sad that I get banned for what I think I didn't deserve and now i have to pay for it

Providing those chat logs would go a long way to letting us advise you on what you might have done wrong, if the punishment was for a chat offense contained in them.

You don't deserve to be banned from playing the game, at worst perma banned from using the chat. They obviously just do this to make money, which is part of the reason why they are regarded as one of the shadiest game companies in the industry.

They are more than capable of restricting someone's ability to use chat, as they already have these kinds of features.

Riot is just as guilty, as they enable people to talk crap.

The reality.. they know that people are hostile frequently, and they saw it as a way of making money. Most people are just too naive to realize this.

Yes, and it has been proven to not work out. The majority resorts to other ways to express their frustration, namely feeding or trolling, which are obviously punishable by a permaban, but also are more difficult to detect.

If you want to disable your chat, do it yourself. That would also prove that you take responsibiliy for your own actions. However, if you don't want to do that and prefer to leave things to Riot, don't complain about the way they handle it. It's that simple.

Just listen to yourself... You do realize he can make another account and do the same crap all over again? Money is the bottom line.. That's the only thing simple and proven. I get feeders 9/10 games. If they truly wanted it to stop they would work on a better ranking system that doesn't rely on other people. Then people would only be effected BY THEMSELVES.

I don't see this game being any less fun if they added a solo queue rank that judges an individual..

Yeah, he can make another account, but it at least puts some stones in his way. I mean, he could make a new account after getting perma restricted as well... or at least once he gets perma banned for feeding/trolling as so many others before him.

Besides, permabanned players are a tiny minority. If Riot's trying to make money off permabans, they have a terrible business model... Especially since you would have to be a gigantic idiot to still give money to a business that essentially just told you to fuck off and take your money elsewhere.

Regarding the ranking system: Read up on the law of big numbers. You are the only constant, thus you're the only thing not evening out over time. The system might be impacted by others in the short run, but in the long run it's more accurate than anything you can think of that attempts to measure individual performance. This has been pointed out and explained in great detail in so many threads.

Also, even if the system was inaccurate on a large scale (which again, it isn't), at least 50% would have to be on the lucky end, since it's a relative system. Are you really trying to say that every flamer, every troll, every intentional feeder is not only in the unlucky portion of players, but also created by being in that unlucky portion of players, rather than just being insensitive assholes?

It's not actually. I Climbed from bronze 5 to bronze 1 and got trolled all the way down to bronze 5 again.. I have another account that I climbed from silver (worst players than Bronze btw) To gold 2 (holding there)

The only way you climb is if you get lucky enough to not have shitty teammates.

I distinctly remember carrying a game 5-0 on tristana on my gold account against a team of all plats.. and I've been shit on by people who are way lower elo as well.. No One is where they belong.

A Lot of it is affected by having people start in silver instead of everyone starting at ground zero and working their way up. eventually in a system like that the game would balance out over a long enough period of time.

But when you have brand new players colliding with people who are improving, and beings how one person can completely lose a game for a team.. This system will never be right.. It really doesn't take much common sense to see this.

I and anyone else would be less likely to flip out if solo queue was based on individual performance

The beauty of maths is: Maths doesn't care about your personal story, it doesn't care about your opinion. Maths is maths and it's the objectively best way to judge an algorithm or a mathematicaly "sorting" system like MMR. And the cold hard facts are: Riot's system works, even if it suffers from inaccuracies in the short run.

And what's more important: If you are being "screwed over" by the current system (e.g. you had a streak of bad luck) it can ultimately be fixed simply by playing more games.

If you are being screwed over by an individual performance rating system, because it was designed without your playstyle in mind, or because you prefer to play to win, rather than play to game the system, weeell, then you are simply fucked.

I prefer a system where I can do something against being screwed over, myself.

Huh? The game is about getting objectives and gold. That's the only winning play style.

No. The game is about winning.

The entire role and position of support in fact revolves around funneling gold into the ADC rather than gathering gold yourself. Doing Baron doesn't help when your base is being rushed either.

Thank you for suggesting the most simple (and thus most easily refutable) system possible.

Sure, on average, the teams with the most gold/objectives tend to win, but apart from not saying anything about the individual performance (remember, the original goal), that might change when people refuse to push the nexus, because they want to farm more gold and dragons, when it turns out that's more benefitial.

First one i was being really toxic but the second one i don't think i deserved that as a reason to ban me the enemy was being 10x way more toxic than i was and i reported them and nothing happened to them
