So riot what are we supposed to do?

Ok I like the new que system good job honestly. However the dodge penalty is too harsh. I had a game earlier where I had to dodge because I had a guy trolling and flaming hard in lobby. So one of my teammates is in promos, I figure I'll be a nice guy and dodge so he doesn't lose a promo. I dodge I figure hey what's 3 lp. I don't check the lp I lost cause it's always been 3. Now another que later in the day and this time duo trolls trolling other peoples lane picks and threatening to feed and afk again I have another team mate in promos so I dodge because I won my promos plus 2 games. I have 33 Lp, I check my lp after the dodge and I now have a 30 min wait timer and 11 lp one dodge took 22 lp.

  So riot what do you expect us to do? we likely lose lp when trolled and lose heavy amounts of lp for dodging toxic players. So far I have yet to see many intent feeders, afk while running around on fountain players, lane trolls, or people who call out positions of allies in all chat, I have yet to see any of these ban. I know I have checked stat tracking sites and they are still playing weeks and months later no stop in their game play. 

 I get that you are trying to clean up the game from verbal abuse and that's great but why do you not put chat logs in lobby and post game lobby that's where often even more toxic behavior happens, or offer a voting system in lobby that you can vote to kick a trolling player preferably both. 
 Yes I understand that players would troll a little but much less than what it is now, they may try and get others kicked or premades would do that and it would increase que times supposedly.         Here is the thing about that though, first if you put a system in that instead of sending everyone to que again and have to wait, just fill the spot of the missing player it would make que times faster because then you only have to look for one or two new players to match instead of five. Second most people may do it once or twice but they are here to play the game too even if that is to troll so they arn't going to want to sit in long que times. 

By implementing a lobby and post game lobby chat log, vote kick option and single spot fill option you do several things: first you actually decrease que timers, you crack down on trolling which in turn will crack down on a vast majority of player's frustration, which will also greatly cut down on the players being toxic to one another. This makes less people get chat bans and have a more enjoyable experience which guess what benefits you too since more people will stay with this game, not be ban and spend more money on it. 

 Honestly run the idea over riot I assure you it will work.
