You know the phrase "don't feed the trolls"? When you flame them you're feeding them, and giving them exactly what they were after. When you flame, they win, so I highly suggest adopting a different strategy.
Nobody should have to deal with flamers, let alone trolls. Trolls should (and do) get punished, but you are not the arbiter of that punishment. You don't get to decide who deserves to be flamed, you don't decide who gets punishment, and you certainly don't get to dole out the punishment yourself.
You're not the judge, the jury, nor the executioner. If you flame the troll, you are feeding the troll, meaning you are giving the troll exactly what they want. You are letting the troll win.
And if you don't care what we say, we'll be disinclined to care when you inevitably get punished for considering yourself exempt from the rules. Them's the 8r8ks.
Honestly one of the best things to do with a troll on your team is be either completely silent or positive towards them. It KILLS them.
But when people flame they deserve to be reported. That s exactly what happens

All things considered, if they're trolling you, flaming them only brings them satisfaction.
