Why the hell would you get rid of unskilled reports? People use to be thoughtful about the way they played until they could just report anyone who criticized them. No other game in the world would punish you for calling some one a noob. Because that's how gamers talk. Trash talk is an important part of competition. I never got anything but praise and honor before tribunal changed. I had all 4 ribbons. Now I get chat restricted for telling some one to stop feeding. Think about the message you're sending and fix it.
