Tribunal is now a way of bullying other players, not a way to punish trolls.

I cant go 1 game without some one reporting some one. Weather its my team, or the enemy team. There is always throwing their anger at another players. AND YOU'RE HANDING OUT PUNISHMENTS FOR IT. What? Right now I have this cue wait time because I sat at fountain while the enemies took our last turret. My team mates reported me in spite of having the highest k.d.r. a week ago i was put on chat restrict for muting my team mates who were all cap raging. I've been banned for 9 days because of a video card crash. I got 2 weeks of detention for saying Catlyn Jenner isn't a hero. I'm not a troll. I'm a regular player that thinks this is getting way out of hand. And its pretty irresponsible of riot to allow crybullies to control their game.

LPQs have nothing to do with the Instant Feedback system - they're issued by Leaverbuster, which doesn't require reports anyway. And I don't think your KDA is very relevant to whether or not you decided to idle in fountain (a behavior Leaverbuster was specifically designed to detect), or whether or not doing so is considered punishable.

Somehow I doubt this. But I'd love to be proven wrong! Care to share the Reform Card?

... I don't even know how those two things would relate. But Riot's bans are issued in 7- and 14-day blocks nowadays, so I have to question the veracity of your statement. Even when the Tribunal was active (it's not right now), it didn't issue 9-day bans.

And this has what to do with League?

I agree wholeheartedly that there are many players misusing the report system, or excessively reporting someone simply because they didn't perform well in a match. The amount of toxicity I've been encountering lately in my ranked matches has been absolutely astronomical, and I've been reported on many occasions for just going negative in the laning phase.

In my opinion, Riot needs to seriously change how they deal with in-game reports. Riot seems to diminish the value of reports received from players who they deem "toxic", and allowing a system that is largely automated punish players seems unreasonable. I understand that the system can be effective for the extremely toxic players, but for the mildly toxic ones who are surrounded by other mildly toxic players in ranked game, the report system is currently being used as a way for some players to "have the last laugh" after a match is over. I don't think this was the intended purpose whosoever.

I've been thinking about this. The fact is, reporting HASN'T increased. I'm absolutely sure reporting is just the same as it used to be. However, now, you can actually SEE when people get reported. But they've never applied false reports at all.
