my account just got suspended for 14 days and i dont know why

so i cant get into my email to see why my account was suspended but the other players said i was being toxic and cussing out.

as far as i understand from what i said, i wasnt even being mean at all infact i was being nice the whole time and i dont think my account should be suspended at all, in fact my parents who raised me would be very proud of how i handle my self even though i was getting fed up with the other four memebers of my team, but i still held it together.

please tell me why i was suspended and if possible please let me have my account back because im a new player and dont understand why i got suspended.

is tribunal trolling me and punishing me because i was nice.

it happened after my last game and i dont understand why i was suspended. i was being nice how is that behavorially wrong.

and if that is true then why is anyone getting punished i thought a player community decided that, im so confused:(

its not when i log in, since it happened right after the last game i did.

i didnt think i was being mean, i thought i was being nice about it all, what is happening :(

Not all bans are for chat, or even behavior. If they thought your account was compromised for some reason for example it would be banned indefinitely until you proved you are you. If the punishment was issued by the instant feedback system then when you login a reform card will pop up with the reason for your ban and chat logs.

it says my account has been suspended until x date, it doesnt say why, just tells me im suspended until the date, thats why i dont understand

Did you perhaps share your account with anyone, or make a payment that got chargedback? You'll need to check your email or fill out a support ticket to know more, if you're not sure.
