after my suspension was over i was banned for no reason

alright so i just got to play league again after a 2 week suspesion today at 10:09 pm eastern usa time zone.

and well i have never seen this happen before in my life but in the middle if explaining myself as well as defending my self with facts of what happened in the game i was just permantly suspended and i feel that this is outrageously uncalled for only an hour after i was able to play since i was defending myself

Below is the only logs of the one game i was able to play before i was permanently suspended:

Now what i said can maybe be taken negativly i guess, but that just so happens to be how i speak in real life as well, and even though it seems a little put out i would like to point out one thing, that the so called xerath in my game on his first death said," that gg.", "camp mid or i afk", "im going to feed botlane"

those are direct quotes from the game word for word, not to mention the fact that the shaco jungle was very nice when he didnt even ask if i wanted to get rift hearld, in which afterwards i explained it was a bad match up for it when heimerdinger got back to lane and it would of been a waste to have me on it.

but i would like to not that the xerath, caitlyn and thresh all did happen to feed in that game and yet somehow, because i was stopping the split push i got balmed because they couldnt handle a 4v4 push in mid, while i was doing a 1v1 in a seperate lane.

and the worst part of all of this is how not a single one of them will be punished for, and i can say for certain that they wont because who punishes trolls anymore in league.

please developers, explain to me how this can be seen as toxic when i wasnt even nearly as bad as any other time that was remotely worse then this.

if anything can be done to get my account unbanned then i will do it, unless its a formally apologie to those players because i wont do something they dont deserve since they wanted to be mean and rude about it when i was being logicall even though it seems a little agitated in what i said.

cant believe this has to happen right after a suspension gets over

You were harassing your teammates. You were repeatedly berating them and shifting the blame off to your teammates.

It doesn't matter if this is how you talk in real life. You agreed to follow Riot's rules, and they have defined that this kind of talk is not acceptable.

This is not an acceptable reason to be toxic to a teammate. If a teammate is being negative, the mute and report buttons are there for that reason.

Perhaps they were blaming you because you were harassing them? An important part of League of Legends is admitting to your mistakes, which I can see you refused to do.

From what you're saying, they didn't do anything wrong. Playing poorly is not the same as trolling.

The severity of the case usually has little to do with the punishment. Although you weren't "even nearly as bad as any other time that was remotely worse then this," you still broke Riot's rules.

There's pretty much no way to get an account un-banned for toxicity. You were given three warnings before this, which you seem to have ignored.

the shup up and use of the word "crying" probably got you banned. after a 14 day ban. 1 valid report is all it takes until you're considered "reformed" to get permabanned

What I find hard to believe is that right after coming back from a 2 week ban, knowing full well the next step is a permaban, you continued the behavior.

Now I've never been punished, never even got a warning (because I don't rage at people and I don't try to boss my team around), but what I do know is that if I knew the next time I screwed up would mean I lost my account, I'd try to be a bit more careful.

'Get on my level' LOOOL, Which level, the perma-banned level? Dude, your chat was blaming everyone else but yourself.. Man, I have bad games, team mates have bad games.. Sometimes I get toxic.. But Riot doesn't punish a single game unless its super serious. When you get reported, and it looks valid, a little popup will show on your league client telling you to settle down.. If you have a suspension, you have been toxic multiple times in the recent past.. You come off a suspension (Which is given AFTER CHAT BANS, and a suspension is a SERIOUS punishment), you come back and start belittling your team mates.. blaming them for your mistakes.. I personally have no sympathy for people who have been through a suspension.. you have had multiple warnings and chat restrictions probably. Do yourself a favor and delete the post before a Rito employee comes and tells the thread EXACTLY how many chat bans/restrictions/suspensions you've had.
