League of Legends support system is usless and unreasonable might as well not even have one

First of all I want to start off how I've recently been banned for 15 days when I was banned I had gotten no message about why I got banned in my Gmail so I go to the support system and I ask why the hell did they ban me if I recently haven't done nothing and this is their response "Templar Iytsuna June 02, 2016 16:57

So FIRST of all I've been having some bad games and by bad games I mean just dying and losing my lane (I have recently had afk's who I HAVE reported in between these "bad games") I have played Sona mid a couple of times and I was getting jumped constantly obviously because I was a squishy champion and I had a few afk's so that reason of "Feeding which resulted in a negative experience for players" I don't understand how that makes any sense at all

SECOND of all after I tell this "GAME SUPPORTER" that I haven't done anything wrong and have gotten afks this is what he says next "In my own audit of this account I did note over several matches that you often chose to go against the wishes of your teammates and troll them by giving the enemy team first blood, pick up health points while at full health, stayed in base while just pinging, and was generally negative towards others." So like I said I had several people going afk and I was being out scaled by fizz like I said earlier and did die first blood I believe so my team was mad but how can you call that ("I did note over several matches that you often chose to go against the wishes of our teammates and troll them by giving the enemy team first blood") Sooooo I guess every time I am matched with a new player and they run into tower giving first blood I would have a reason to report? that makes no sense to me at all like...... I am getting BANNED because I am basically playing the game......... okay and every afk I reported you can't look at their accounts you say you can't keep track of but I REPORTED these people but instead you look at mine because I played a couple bad games and by "that you often chose to go against the wishes of our teammates and troll them" WHILE THEY WERE AFK AND THEY MY TEAM WERE ADMITTING IT IN 2-3 GAMES SAYING THEY WILL AFK I CAN EVEN TELL YOU EVERY CHAMP THEY PLAYED AND WHO WENT AFK AND THEN ALL SAID THEY WILL REPORT ME SAYING "9 MAN REPORT ENJOY THE BAN" so unreal this support system just sitting on their asses doing nothing

THIRD he says I am taking the health packets while I didn't need them I think I've seen enough players take that health packet without needing it what so ever or for just need mana and that's just to be greedy and take It but I don't even care NEVER on my account you can check it have I said anything about someone taking a health packet like this makes no sense so does this mean that it's NOW REPORTABLE if a teammate takes a health packet even if it just for mana?

FOURTH He says next "stayed in base while just pinging, and was generally negative towards others." HOW IN THE HELL DID I STAY IN BASE AND AFK IF THEY WERE ADMITTING TO GOING AFK AND SAYING THEY WILL REPORT ME PINGING ME SAYING SOMTHING SIMILIAR TO (GET THE FUCK OUT MY LANE) omg like wow THIS SUPPORT SYSTEM!!!!! IT'S BOGUS AS HELL if only I could tell you but it's like all these "SUPPORTERS" that sit on their ass all day take it personal and WILL I highly don't doubt it will delete this message forum like they always do because like they have said recently on a LEAGUE OF LEGENDS VIDEO THAT I SEEN FROM THE LEAGUE OF LEGENDS FRONT PAGE they were saying how they sometimes come across the point where LeagueDOESN'T HAVE ANSWERS to when League CAN'T FIX A PROBLEM and they mentioned that they should ask player for assistance on fixing some of those problems or giving ideas okay....... so like I was saying about me pinging and supposedly going afk but I had afk teammates all game pinging me admitting to all the things I've said but I was the one being toxic? Also this isn't just one game where this happened it was 3 times and those 3 times people admitted to going afk I can show ANYONE the players who went afk and LEAGUE can check for themselves I WANT MY ACCOUNT UNBANNED ALREADY AND I WANT TO BE CLEARED OF THIS BECAUSE OF YOUR PERSONAL ASS JUDGMENTS

FIFTH he tells me this when I try explain my situation to him
