League of legends support staff must tell each other to ban us and to delete our BOARD POST if they don't like them they just ENFORCE their rules and can't post PROOF OF IN GAME CHAT TO PROVE YOU'RE INNOCENT IM STARTING TO THINK THEY CAN'T EVEN POST ANYONES CHAT THAT YOU WERE IN GAME WITH BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAVE INFORMATION FOR YOURS EVEN WHEN YOU GET 4 MAN REPORTED FOR JUST GOING TOP SONA AND THATS IT THATS ALL I DID BUT IM BANNED FOR 14 DAYS BECAUSE THEIR SUPPORT SYSTEM STAFF ARE MENTAL IN THEIR HEADS I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE BUT IN MY POINT OF VIEW THEY DO THEY ARE HYPOCRITES AND DO THINGS PLAYERS DO BUT LIKE I SAID THEY ENFORCE THE RULES ON US (HYPOCRITES) WISH I WAS THERE IN ALL STAFF FACES TO CALL THEM (HYPOCRITES) AND LIARS IN THEIR FACE ALL DAY LONG AND I'D LOVE TO SEE ONE OF THEM TRY AND DO SOMTHING ABOUT IT LITTLE LYING RATS

NA boards moderators are not Player Support or Rioters at all; they are a paid third party. They will have told you in your notification why your post was deleted.

Like I mentioned before, you should've received your own logs in-client and by email. If you need them again or didn't get them, submit a Support Ticket.

You are probably talking about Riot Tantram, who is a Rioter which is indicated by the red name, not a boards moderator. Tantram comes here on his own volition and does not always see every request for logs, so you are not guaranteed to get his attention by posting on the boards. You are guaranteed a Riot response through a ticket, which is why I suggest you make a ticket instead of a boards post.

If I needed my logs I would respectfully request them in a ticket (assuming they didn't come in a reform card already). If you are behaving the way you are here in your ticket, it wouldn't be too surprising if they don't understand your issue or aren't spending extra time with you. If you would just calmly describe your issue and not bite their head off you will get better results. I recommend this guide for submitting a proper ticket for best results;

If you want to know what you were banned for then stop making excuses and just look in the game client for it.
Yelling, raging and throwing a tantrum on the boards every waking minute is a quick way to get forum banned, so I would cool it if I were you.
Why are you making separate small posts when it would just be better to just condense them all into one post instead?
When filing a Support Ticket, try to keep a professional and respectful attitude. Employees anywhere are more inclined to help out people who are respectful than people who are raging and flaming and throwing a temper tantrum constantly.

Read your posts in this thread alone. All you've been doing is yelling and raging (usually in all caps) and throwing out insults towards people trying to help you. That's what banned troll ragers do. It's this kind of behavior that's not tolerated here, or almost anywhere else for that matter.

You're right, and fair treatment would be throwing up you out of the store or business for disorderly conduct (i.e. constant yelling and raging nonstop despite repeated warnings given to you telling you to stop). If you can't or won't interact with others in a neutral or positive manner then multiplayer online games and public forums/message boards are not for you.

Well let's see here. If they reported you, and you were punished, it's because they let the system know of your crimes. The system took your flag and upon inspection found you guilty. You earned you ban, so grow up and go back to overwatch.

Yes, I understand you are frustrated. Ultimately, here is the deal.

You are playing Riot's game in Riot's client which Riot is allowed to police.
You play on a League account, which, if you read the ToS, is still owned by Riot. In other words, the account is not, was never, and never will be, yours.
You did something (even if we don't know what) that got you banned.
You decide that instead of asking why you got banned politely, you go on a tirade and flame the company.

You should be thankful they have such a loose policy on who can play the game. Most companies issue bans and do not let players come back into the community. At the very least, Riot gives you as many chances as you could possibly want just making a new account and rejoining the community--and staying--if you decide to follow the rules.

It is not your account.

You do not get to break the rules.

You are being unfair by flaming the company for punishing you for your bad actions.

It is Riot's decision alone to even give you a chance to let you play again.

Cursing is not the problem. Most players have no issue with you doing it; the problem is when you are using it an offensive or excessive manner. For example, "Fuck me I missed, I'm a dumbass" is ok, while "Fuck you stop missing skillshots dumbass" is not.

If people wanted to listen to it they wouldn't report you. There are many games where the community is ok with it, but this one is not one of those.

If you have friends you want to group with that are ok with your behavior then you're free to play with a full group of them and say whatever you want. Otherwise, you need to be mindful of the other players that you are bothering.

As for how you keep saying you got 4 man reported and banned for nothing - No, you did not get banned for nothing. This would've been either the result of a long history of consistent negative behavior and prior punishments, or extreme behavior. Punishment is based on your negative behavior found over multiple games, and all reports do is flag the match to be reviewed once you've been reported too many times in too few games.

Yes trolls happen, but the system is designed so that a pre-made group can't report you and instantly get you punished on the spot. From Riot Tantram:

A report flags a game for review. They do not establish guilt. The game is then reviewed for harassment, feeding, etc. This is why 'troll reporting' or 'gang reporting' do not work. False or inaccurate reports are thrown out.

You cannot ever be punished for saying nothing .. unless of course it's for something gameplay related like feeding, afking or cheating. But, you can never be punished for offensive language, hate speech or verbal abuse if you said nothing.
