The punishment of dodging.

I really think the Punishment of dodging should be more serious the longer you wait to dodge. If you've been in Queue for 5+ minutes (like I am right now as I'm typing this) and deal with multiple dodges (Bringing it to be 25 minutes) it can be extremely disheartening to want to play a match. The severity of the Punishment should scale as it currently does with a 12-hour window instead of a 24, along with how long you are in the Champion Select screen at a maximum of 36 hours if it is a extremely late dodge. Currently dodging gives you a 5 minute wait timer, Dodging again is a 20 minute wait timer and it scales further. But how about we push this further? Dodging at Champion Preview; 3- Minute wait timer instead Dodging at Ban Phase; 5 minute Wait timer +1 minute per Champion selected after that. (This would be 15 minutes by now after the last champion selected) Finally, Post Champion Select and the timer is counting down for the game to begin; Every second adds 10 seconds to the wait time. (This would be 15 minutes by now) If you dodge after a Queue time, Ban Phase, Champion Preview, Champion Select, and multiple seconds after the Champion Select while the game is being set-up to play, you've effectively wasted a lot of time for 9 people, some people might not even get to play another game cause of the amount of dodges they had to deal with.
