Something to do about groups vs solo.

Why is it when im a solo player, I get assaulted by 3-4 others who are grouped up and than im the one reported and in trouble? Why? If im getting insulted Im gonna say something back, than get flamed by an entire team. Why is this fair. You need to start counting 4 people groups as 1 report because this is bullshit. I did not start any flaming and I didnt EVEN flame. Yet i get a chat restriction. What happened to any of the 4 man group? Jack shit. This is seriously unfair and biased against any solo player. You are seriously going to make people insta mute their team just because we dont want to get flamed? For real?

Mass reporting isn't a thing. One report = four reports = nine reports.

Don't get in flame wars, it's not even remotely helpful.

If you got chat restricted, you did something wrong. I get reported sometimes for perceived toxicity, but I never get any punishments. You gotta actually do something to trigger the system; mass reports without weight are ignored.

They already do that, not just with groups but with everyone. You can get 9x reported, and it still does the exact same thing as 1x report - it triggers the system to read your logs and see if you actually deserved the report.

This is already the case. Reports alone only trigger a review of the account, and it only takes 1 report to do this. Any additional reports won't do anything extra. This essentially means that multiple reports, no matter how many, are treated the same as one report.

As for why you were punished, it's likely because of this

Of course, this depends on what you said back to the other players. I'm not saying that if you say absolutely anything back that you will be punished, but if you do start flaming back at them, that's when it becomes a problem. If others or flaming and harassing you, the best response is to mute them and, if you feel it necessary, report them after the game. Flaming them back does nothing to solve the problem, but rather just makes it worse.

Now, I know you said that you weren't flaming, so I'm going to ask if you would mind showing us the chat logs that you received. I or someone else could point out what possibly lead to the punishment.
