So just wanna get this straight, you can be as toxic and nasty to a person as you possibly want, as long as you don't type anything right? You can spam ping them every time they die, mess up all their farm, spam ping in general. But as long as they say nothing and you say something you get the report instead huh. Just wondering.
Any and all toxic behavior is reportable. Any and all toxic behavior is punishable. The punishment depends on intensity, frequency, and (sadly) ease of detection.
Report the people who do those things to you. Mute and ping-mute the people that annoy you. Flaming is not the correct response.
I sure as hell mute AND report people who spams ping AND provide a detailed description of the griefing behavior. You do know they can track pings right? Besides, ping mute is a thing now. If you want to spam it like an idiot where no one else can see or hear it but you can, go for it. I don't mind spending a few seconds to click the report button.
