Hey can you report for intentionally taking jungle camps away from the jungler and I don't mean oops sorry I last hit it on accident or taking a camp to regain health or farming while the junglers dead. I mean sitting waiting to try and last hit camps away from the jungler and not just for buffs I mean for every camp.
As others have said, yes. But I would first qualify it with "make sure you're 100% certain of their intent." I will give up my blue or red to certain laners during portions of the game. Sometimes when I'm not nearby, top lane will take gromp if they're pushed, and I think that's ok. If they're following you around in the jungle during your clears and just waiting to last hit then yeah, that's trolling and you should report them.
