Can we do some really basic shit with this game

Can we just have it setup like fucking Overmeme does already? If I report someone, I don't want to have them in my next game. The only queue types this would actually delay are Diamond, Master, and Challenger. Half of them are streamers anyway and they'd get to play their three minute ads.
