Serious Question About Ranked Rewards

Just wondering whether we need to get honour 2 when season ends to get ranked rewards or can we continue to grind out honour in the pre-season.

This wasn't addressed in the Riot blog post. Thanks.

Fairly certain that you have to reach Honor Level 2 by Season's end. Any later, and you're ineligible for the rewards.
