What am i supposed to do in a hostile lobby?

Enter a lobby, the support asks if it would be ok if they jungle. I say no, they say well they're jungling anyway. I say that forcing role switching is a reporttable offense and i will be doing so after this game. They pick a jungler anyway and tell me good luck with that. Now i have two options.

I play through to get my report in I queue dodge

Those two options are not exactly acceptable, they're empowering the other person. What is the best way to handle this? i shouldn't have to lose LP and i shouldn't have to take a queue dodge penalty because someone refuses to play their assigned role. I understand a perfect system is hard to achieve but this use case is so common it should already be addressed.
