Is there a way to combine your mastery emote with and ability?

I saw a Kindred who seemed to have her mastery emote binded to her gap closer, and I'm pretty sure this was the case as she would be using her emote during intense team fights. I tried to replicate this by changing the emote key to my basic abilities but it would replace the key rather than combining both the ability and the emote. Is there any way to do this and if not could I be potentially banned if I used a macro program to cast and ability and my mastery at the same time?
