Toxic behaviour and gameplay

So I have been reading a lot about toxic behavior and got to wondering about a few things.

How do trolls have the time to be typing their toxic remarks in game? Surely they should be concentrating their fingers on actually playing the game, and their brains on analyzing the game for openings that will lead to an advantage.

I would even suggest that it is the fault of those who are typing toxic comments if the team loses the game, rather than the fault of someone who is making mistakes because they are learning. if they were more focused on analyzing the game and helping out where they can see a team member is struggling then perhaps the game would be won instead of lost.

If you have time to type insults to people then you have time to give them helpful suggestions, or even nip over and help them out a few minutes. I have been fortunate enough to play with some very helpful people who have popped over to assist me instead of beating on me for getting ganked. I didn't need anyone to point out I was out of position, I already knew it but it was too late ... so when someone silently popped over and assisted I was grateful.. It made the game move faster and we won by a big margin eventually. So sometimes it pays to just be nice and spend your energy and time in more constructive ways. I also want to add that I view the person who helps out a far more professional player than the person who just rages because I make a mistake.
