I have been losing a lot of games due to players trying dying from stupid plays or not paying attention not warding or looking at their mini map and this causes the other team to have a lot more gold and i lose LP so what can i do to these inexperienced players who ruin my game
If they're in your game, their mmr is the same as yours. They're literally as good as you at this game. Improve yourself, not others.
Advise them -- respectfully -- as best you can without being condescending or angry. Understand that you should back off it they do not seem to appreciate or want your help. Focus on your own gameplay, and realize that if you are matched with them than your ability to win a game is approximately the same as theirs, even if they may pay less attention or have worse game knowledge.
