Help Me Understand

I was given a 10-game chat restriction.

They give me a little paragraph or two about how we need to be more positive and mature then sent me a list of what I said.

Can someone please read what I said and tell me what I did wrong? I was playing a meta-support (Leona) building myself correctly with more assists/kills than deaths. I was warding and helping my team. What did I say that was "toxic" or "nasty" and makes me a bad person to the community?

I was insulted. I was called stupid, a feeder, a troll, an idiot, and so on. I never reacted with an insult or put anyone down.

Was me saying " omfg aatrox :/ " considered toxic when he dived a 1v3 and got 1-shot by the enemy team?

Help me understand what I can do better. It's just not clicking with me.

Honestly, I feel like 4 reports is what got you punished more than anything you said. I despise the idiots that blame one player and focus all their anger to them in chat... Either a premade or they're just stupid, send it to support :P

Edit; Actually Galizien got you with the "im not gonna support kids who haven't even been gold-5 lol" and you were a little pretentious.

I agree that me giving up or being "passive aggressive" might be viewed as rude but is it toxic? Is it really as bad as others directly insulting me? My statement I believe holds merit. Why should I give effort at a 100% level if every little mistake is met by a direct insult?

Also yes, it was a normal match and they were a group I believe.

I appreciate everyone taking a moment of their time to answer my question and help me out. I guess I should play it safe and just not talk in this game anymore.

It seems that jokingly "giving up" after being insulted over and over is punished.

I would point the reason behind the punishment to the attitude you had including (and after) the point where you gave up in chat.

I think it was the absolute loss of morale that you spread into chat. You just gave up. Constant negativity... "I'm done" several times, "I shouldn't support at this mmr" "I'm not gonna support kids who haven't even been gold 5" "enjoy your loss". You basically condescended to your entire team, saying you're the best player there, and they don't even know how to play. Avoid this.
