Missing Season 3 Victorious Elise Skin - Have Season 3 Rewards - Help ?

Hey! :D

So I obtained Gold in Season 3 many years ago. I never play Elise but was recently browsing my obtained skins and realized that I am missing the Victorious Season 3 Skin for Elise. What I do find odd is that I have the Victorious Season 3 Ward skin which I am able to use during all of my games.

How can I fix this issue? I can search the skin itself but it is grayed out. This doesn't really make sense. Can someone help me out please?
