So this is what passes for extremely inflammatory and offensive now, and constitutes a perma ban? Give me a break lmao

Also, "far below the standards of the league community"? Based on the standards I see in the league community this is simply untrue haha

Maybe I should have just intentionally fed or trolled like the countless people I encounter that choose to do so! That way I wouldn't be banned right now!

A bit of context for the beginning of the chat log, our ADC caitlyn has been unable to change his runes in his past games, regardless he continues to play ranked, meaning that our ADC, the strongest role in the game at the moment, is pretty much useless.

Believe it or not RIOT, knowing that your game is most likely lost before you have even touched a minion is a little bit triggering!! Perhaps stepping out of line in the SLIGHTEST and calling him a "smart guy" is somewhat justified?

Yeah, I would have been surprised to recieve a chat ban for this HIGH degree of TOXICITY and OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE!

FYI, yes, this is the only chat log that contributed towards my permanent ban, there are no other chat logs.

It's not about the language (except hate speech, etc), it's about the intent. When will people get this? You were harassing your team all game.

It seems that your problem is that you're trying to blame everyone else other than yourself. I get it's probably frustrating that you got permabanned, but you had been warned, several times previously that if you continued behavior like this that you would be permanently banned. You have no one to blame but yourself. This is definitely a warranted permaban going on the fact that you've been toxic in the past. This may seem light to you, but you're literally sitting in chat arguing with your team mates. Yes, arguments take more than one person. But you knew you were on the cusp of a permaban and decided to flame your team mates anyways. The difference between you and everyone else is this was your last straw. You did it to yourself. In all your replies to everyone else, you're so defensive. You refuse to own up to the fact that you were toxic. Believe what you want, but this is toxic behavior. Going by the rules and standards set forth by Riot games. You use the mute button as a scapecoat. "They can just mute me.... Blah blah blah." But the same could be said to you. You could have muted them and went on your way. But you chose to flame the entire team. So enjoy your ban. You have no one but yourself to blame.

Unfortunately, this constitutes a permaban in this world. Once you are on the last punishment tier, any viable report can tip your account into it if it is confirmed by the IFS. And while you aren't using hate speech or death threats, you do spend a considerable amount of time being passive aggressive, snide and sarcastic to the rest of your team, and devote at least 15 lines of chat to complaining and harassing the ADC for their runes. When you have been warned that any further rule breaking will cost you your account, you have to know that picking fights with your team is incredibly foolish. You may try to brush this punishment off as Riot being overly harsh, or ridiculously unfair, but the reality is that these logs are considered below the standard of the League community. Most players do not want to deal with this sort of thing in their matches. Yes, they have the option of muting you in the current match. But they also have the option of reporting you and letting Riot make the call on whether it wants to mute you from the game. Which they did, and the IFS agreed that your behavior was unacceptable. If you choose to make another account, try to keep in mind that this sort of thing will lead you right back here, and avoid it if you can. For your own sake.
