3rd-Party Program is basically account hack leads to permanent ban.

I was apparently account hacked causing the system to perma-ban me due to the system identifying it as a 3rd party program.

From the single match history prior to the ban my account was playing Yasuo, when I have never played or purchased Yasuo since he was released. I also never gave my username or password to anyone when this happened, so clearly this is the work of a hacker or something.

Is it possible to get my account unbanned, it will be heartwrenching since I basically only play on this account alone and I really miss my Jinx and all her skins.

I did send a ticket to support just now, so I am just waiting for the report. Well rip me it had to happen to me ugh. I don't know why I was targeted though i'm just a lowly Bronze I player.

I also forgot that I had this account 1-2 months before Jinx was released so around August-September 2013. (Another thing to note is that league basically takes around 70-85% of my game time.)

But if getting my account unbanned isn't possible due to the heavy stance regarded to 3rd-party programs (hacking in my case), Then I guess it isn't possible to play League anymore, man this is just way too heartbreaking for me that this happened.

Oh another thing I apparently played Qiyana yesterday another thing to note is that she got an S+, with the other match being (I never bought him) Yasuo, but I never played League yesterday at all my last match was playing as Tahm Kench top which was on July 10th.

I guess the system deemed it necessary to perma-ban the account for 3rd-party programs was that the person who hacked into my account used it to get high kills with yasuo and a seemingly S+ with Qiyana. (I normally get B- to A ranks with her)

Since my account won't get un-banned since it's a permanent ban ( 100% impossible to unban at all so it's useless to send a support ticket since they generally will not unban permanent bans only temporary bans but I might as well try).

I guess I have to move on and play other mobas due to this and I haven't really touched other mobas as much as League of Legends. I have over 1,800+ hours in this game alone while with other mobas they only account for a fraction of the time spent so less than 3-5 hours at most.

Hmm another thing to note should I just have stayed logged in at all times so this wouldn't happen? (even though it will eat up the data usage)

Yes, if they found unauthorized entry, they will unban you. Just wait for the ticket response.
