Had to restart league, gets blamed in ranked for afk.

As stated above 4 players blamed me for being afk, when I went to afk a bit to restart league their adc wasn't fed, when I came back their adc got fed and then I get blamed for being afk. I have a decent laptop to play league, and not a "toaster" as these players called it. My support was the one who told me to restart league, so I did that but as you can see what happened, they became negative towards me. This was a match between Bronze 2-Silver, which is the Normal rank for Most toxic/negative players collude from.

Normally get 60-100 fps and usually 35 ms, but it was shooting of upwards to 100-1000 ms.
