I mean I don't feel really THREATENED by this, but it's sorta funny and also a little creepy... Maybe some Red or seomthign cause this makes me feel a little bit nervous...

People who tell you their trump cards have no trump cards. Someone with a real trump card will keep it hidden. However, someone looking to bluff someone out will claim to all kinds of insane and grandeuristic (I know it's not a word) stuff. Let me ask you this, if he has a friend in the tribunal who will do him favors like that, then how come he's not challenger rank right now? Obviously his friend would be corrupt if he can be paid to ban people, so it wouldn't be a morality issue. The guy in the game obviously has no problem using his alleged contact for favors, so his morality isn't stopping it. It wouldn't be that hard to just up someone's rank if you are in Riot. Also, if this guy has a friend in the tribunal who does him favors, why does he have to pay his friend? There is zero logic to back that one up. He was obviously just bluffing so you'd do what he wanted. As for the gifting champions part, I doubt he expected to get one, but someone whose first resort in a situation of advantage is "give me something free" is used to asking for handouts. That guy was a bum. Probably lives at home or from couch to couch relying on handouts from friends and family to survive. I've known the exact type of people in my own life. Every chance they get they want something for free because they know they can't rely on themselves to make it happen. Odds are he loses a lot of games from his toxicity, and as a result gets champs very slowly. Had you run into him at a gas station and wanted to make amends for something, he'd have wanted cigarettes. Had it been a restaurant, he'd have wanted a free meal. Basically, he's a worthless toxic bum who probably has next to nothing going for him in life. Don't let him bother you for he is someone to be pitied.
