Player moderation is essential, and part of how I learned to deal with verbal abuse is playing while people tell me to kill myself and the like. If you put people in the game inside a dome where they cant be harassed when they go out into the real world they will be in for a big surprise.
Everyone that cant even handle GGEZ will end up actually committing suicide because of the shit they get in the real world.

This problem starts with the pro players. The conduct of a great many pro eSports players (especially League) is bad enough that they would be quickly suspended or released from their team if they were pro "physical Sports" players. I just got done watching Meteos on a YouTube clip of his stream, saying the most offensive things and taunting his (lesser) opponents. I've seen Bjergsen verbally (in text) abuse his teammates and opponents. "GG EZ" is unsportsmanlike, and it would be one HELL of a scandal if you heard that after a game from Peyton Manning or Lebron James. I would never say "gg ez" to my opponent. I find it unfathomable that someone could have that attitude. I would be ashamed of myself. What kind of broken person does that? What kind of person are they in real life? I would never associate with someone like that. If they were my employee, I would fire them on the spot if I ever witnessed that kind of conduct.
What is causing the majority of the League community to be so incredibly disrespectful? I think we should look at their role models, first.
Pro eSports players should be sent a clear message - unsportsmanlike conduct will get you suspended or banned from your professional league - a serious detriment to their beloved career. That would clean them up quick, and I think, over time, it would clean up those who look up to them, as well.

i dont think we should swear or abuse somebody but still they have to man up. I know there are some players that take it too far tho
There needs to be a balance.
People can't be toxic and hurtful,
but other players need to learn that it is essentially a video game and to not give a shit about random people.
After all, the whole point of league of legends is to prepare people for the real world.
