When does honor unlock??
I've been having locked honor for like 2 months now can you guys remove it??

It's not about time, it's about games played.
You need to prove to the system that you have changed your behavior from a negative one to a neutral or positive one.
So you either are not playing enough games or you are still showing traces of negative behavior.
It will unlock when you have proven to the system (through games played) that your behavior has changed.
