Honor System

So just curious if riot was considering making an honor system for both ranked and casual play (having an honor level for all ranked modes only. Then an honor system for normals) hopefully a riot employee would be willing to check this out and maybe answer if they were possibly considering doing this. I just personally feel like honor in ranked should be different than honor in normal games.
