Perm banned for someone telling me to kill myself :)

So as stated by the title. I was perma banned for this and according to Peacemaker by me telling the individual what i said about being banned for telling someone to kill themself you can get in trouble. I would also like to mention that everytime i have put in a ticket i feel like i am talking to robots so from now on i am just going to come to the forums and hope i get someone that is from riot that is clearly not a robot, i will be posting the reform card here, please if i did something actually perma ban worthy across these 3 games. (wall of text warning)

So i can see some things that could MAYBE get me in trouble, but i fail to see how i deserved permaban after this, this was in the client reform card thing by the way. I am still like 90% sure their ban system is automated and abused. This whole situation has actually mentally screwed me up to be honest, riot says they care yet i am still perm banned even after putting a ticket in. For better clarification i have been playing this game since 2011 roughly and spent a ton of money on it (not the richest person but when i knew i had some money left over i went for this game because i love it more than i like to admit) after getting a 14 day ban i honestly started improving immediately because of that fear of getting perma banned and seeing all this time and money wasted would be too much for me to handle and to be frank it really is.

If you received a permanent ban for this game, that means you had a history of prior punishment (which you admitted to later on in the post.) Even if that player didn't tell you to kill yourself, you still probably would have received another punishment based on these lines alone:

For pretty much the entirety of these games you're going back and forth with your teammates and asking for reports. The best course of action is to mute someone and move on, not spend all game ragging on each other.

You were warned multiple times that continued negativity or repeated arguments would result in further punishments and you didn't heed that advice.

Obligatory mention: Nobody is saying that player's actions were justified, if you properly reported them they should (and will be) held accountable.

Damn, do you announce that youre gonna report someone every game? Stop using the report system as a weapon to threaten people. Like, honestly, 2 out of 3 logs you call someone a troll, and 3 out of 3 you announce youre gonna get someone banned. Chat isnt there for arguing, accusing, and threatening people.
