Question for Riot: How can someone get their permanent ban lifted in game and on the boards?
After I heard that people get banned permanently, I wondered... how can a player get unbanned from the game and from the boards? Just curious

Kei1431 votesDepends on case, things such as account charge back, suspicions activity / account compromise are easily reverted.
Manual reviews can be requested for another review and possible for punishment to be lowered.
If you were punished through the automated system, then chances are it won't be reverted.
