Trolls in Champion Select

So recently my friend was in draft mode champion select, and he hovered Tryndamere for top lane. Everything seemed okay until one player, by the name of "COMBATCAT03" decided to ban Tryndamere. My friend got a bit frustrated and asked him why he did that. COMBATCAT03 simply told him, "I meant to do that" and "Did that on purpose", which directly implies this player is a troll. To Riot, if you could issue a ban on this player for my friend, it would make me and him happy, and one less troll in games to worry about. To everyone else, if you see someone like this, report them immediately. Thank you.

Do not leave summoner names in posts, you will get in trouble. Be warned.

When I mistakenly ban a champ, I usually offer to dodge. Even in a series. It is the right thing to do.
