The Quantity Over Quality Flaw in IFS
Alright so I'm playing Riven top in my last game for p1 series, I'm trading with my laner and I see my jungler head towards the river so I hard push the wave in case he needs assistance in the river. (if scuttle is contested.) A few seconds later and the enemy Trundle shows up to contest our Nocturne jungle for the scuttle. Nocturne spam pings me but since I already prepped for the fight I start heading down a few seconds before he even starts pinging. During the fight, Nocturne paths towards the midlane, unfortunately for him our mid laner had just recalled and the enemy mid laner was still in lane, so the enemy mid laner collapsed onto our Nocturne with the Trundle and killed the Nocturne. Here's where things get spicy, the Nocturne starts flaming ME because I didn't make it to him on time. I was like dude you were pathing towards mid as I was heading down, I even beat the Shen down in the rotation but it didn't matter since you ended near the mid lane. Clearly, by the way he types you can tell he's tilted, he starts calling me a bunch of names, a "fucking bitch" and the like, and he accompanied it with "GG". Obviously, I mute him and continue playing, no need to let this beyond tilted player tilt me out of my last game of series. So we continue the game and end up on top, the only thing the Nocturne said the rest of the game was in response to me. Later on I had unmuted him and the only thing he said after that was in response to me saying "trundle top" as he was running down my lane. Nocturne responded sarcastically saying "we can see that, we don't need you to tell us that" or something along those lines. The game goes peachy and we end up closing out the game 22 minutes in.

Here is what is baffling and completely proves my point that quantity is more valuable than quality in the IFS. Normally that kind of behaviour would warrant an instant restriction, I've seen someone get instant 2-week bans for more passive behaviour than this. But sure enough here he is in a game right now just chilling like nothing happened, no punishment or anything.

Meanwhile, people get banned for "typing and not muting" instantaneously, without a potential to revert the ban. Because typing too much, even if it's for a positive reason is punishable meanwhile telling people that the game is over and calling them names and what not is completely permissible.
TL:DR Riot games IFS sucks
