Is it a banable offense to type to someone in post game chat?

So I had this game literally like 30 minutes ago, where we were absolutely crushing the enemy team, everyone was really nice and supportive of each other except for our jungler, Rammus. The entire game he was really passive aggressive towards me for some reason, I was playing Riven and there were two instances where he was salty for no reason. The first one was we were during drake and I was low hp, when suddenly the enemy Renekton came down to the drake, I was in self-preservation mode so I flashed away, and got away but got sniped by a Lux ult. He was complaining that I should have run into the pit, despite Renektons burst damage. I said I disagree because I know Renektons damage from laning against him, I would rather try and get away than stay and die. The 2nd instance was during the last teamfight of the game. In the beginning, everyone was trying to get to baron while I was split-pushing on the side with my tp ready. Our support ran ahead of everyone to get some vision control, and she got caught out and died, meanwhile, the Rammus is frantically pinging me to tp, and I told him I'm not tping when someone gets picked. our Ekko picked one of their carries and Rammus went to re-engage, which is when I finally tp'd in and ended up getting a triple kill. After the game was over I told him something along the lines of; "I don't have anything against you but you are extremely toxic for no reason." I explained why I made the decisions that I did and I told him that he shouldn't tell people how to play their roles when he was the one doing the "worst on the team." Everyone did great but he had the least impact out of everyone on the team. I wanted to know if that was bannable. Ive gotten banned for "typing instead of muting" before, without saying anything toxic, I simply got banned for trying to break up an argument. So I was wondering if this was bannable since it isn't impacting anyone in the game, since the game is already over.

Pre and post game chat is also considered when issuing punishments. Otherwise people would just wait until post game to say "kys" and stuff.

If you are going to buy into the idea of "toxic" behaviour, you can't then make multiple fickle claims against people's character and repeat the same directly to them and yes, post-game chat is still eligible for review because you are still interacting with the other customers.

There are a couple of recent cases where a dude got reported, he said hate speech and stuff AFTER everyone left the lobby and BAM, 14-day ban.

This sort of behavior isn't ideal. If it's a common occurrence than yes, you could face punishment. If it's a rare event you probably just got a few points towards a punishment, which good behavior can recover pretty quickly.

I think if you’re gonna chat about players in the post game, it shouldn’t be toxic.

There are probably different rules regarding what can get you punished in the post game vs in game. Some things should be cut and dry: hate speech, insults, harassing, calling for reports, that should still be punishable.

Your criticism should be honest, and if at all possible, helpful.

Explaining yourself is fine, but the ideas selected above fall into the category of insults, so they will contribute to the IFS' view of your account.
